The team in general regardless of department, from front desk’s Atangba to everyone I meet on day to day in housekeeping and people in restaurant like Ramchandra who suggests meals both local and general cuisines when I’m unable to decide, others like Souly with her calm composed smile when my colleagues are cracking the most lamest jokes , Femina even called me before the breakfast was over closed, to make sure i know the breakfast closing time and if I need to get anything to eat kept aside, since today was the only day I didn’t have a flight and was fast asleep Umason not only does he serve the meal but explains any query’s like how their cream is made in house and is on trial . By the way AMAZING PISTACHIO BUTTERSCOTG AND STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM Kudos to the chef, basically we can have a genuine conversation with team if the restaurant isn’t very busy , and when it is the most loving part is they make sure they ask us my or my colleague’s usual dishes or if we wanna try something new. People like Gellen when delivering room service, small things like ,permission to enter the room even though to me the formality isn’t required it’s very much appreciated and this I have observed with even the trainees, very well groomed , and I can say that with certainty , being an ex hotelier myself . I’m very sure I am missing a lot of people , since I got to Imphal the first time it’s been around 30 days I’ve met and have never disappointed me in anything . Thank you so much to everyone for making my stay feel as comfortable as possible especially even the housekeeping team though I’m never there to see who’s who’s they’ve made sure they keep my preferences tea and stuff in mind . Classic Grande is the only hotel I’m recommending to my fam and friends when the visit to Imphal.

The team from restraunt right from manegerial position to the follwing team like femina , ovia , souly, surphy, princy ,chaanu, jenny , punikanta , dine all are very pampering and efficient in suggestion and the service is exceptional and as we enter we feel like being received at home by our family . Exceptional hospital , I cant stress that enough.

A very fine hotel at Imphal. I guess ,it's the best. Staff is highly professional. They attent to the guests instantly Rooms are well maintained. Amenities available are of good quality. All in all , a pleasant stay. All the best wishes to the staff .

Manipur's hospitality truly shone through at the Classic Grande! From the moment we stepped into the lovely lobby, we were greeted by the warmth of the staff and the elegant surroundings. The atmosphere was cool and inviting, a welcome respite from Imphal’s chaotic and crowded environment. A perfect sanctuary in the city LOCATION: Great location in the heart of the city and just a 15-minute drive from the airport DINE + DRINK: Multiple F & B options on site. The AROMA multi-cuisine restaurant on the ground floor has a great selection of authentic local cuisine along with a good range of regional and international dishes. The rooftop restaurant is a great place for sunset. Every meal the chef whipped up for us was truly authentic Manipuri and delicious. And also all the items on the menu are very reasonably priced for a hotel of this stature! ROOM: We stayed in Room 4023, which was a King Suite, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Very spacious suite with a big living room and a much bigger Bedroom. The Couchset in the living room is big enough to host a party; VIEW: Sweet view of the cityscape from huge windows in both the rooms; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Multiple toilets and the master bathroom comes in with a compact bathtub shower; TOILETRIES: Not the best quality toiletries, dont forget to bring your own. FACILITIES: A very dated gym on the ground floor is probably one of the low points of the hotel. The weights are quite old, but you can get some old-school workouts done if you are very disciplined and perseverant. They also have a Swimming pool on site along with a Spa/Salon. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to Ms.PUSHPA for enhancing our stay and DEEPAK for continously checking in on us and attending to our requests! HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! A separate Smart TV - dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages - in each of the room
